Ltd.Pune SummaryCollections Specialists will be responsible for managing Accounts receivables, resolving customer billing problems, controlling unapplied cash items by means of reconciliation and ensuring that disputed items are reviewed and necessary action is taken to resolve accordingly. Will be responsible for accepting inbound calls received from customers and provide relevant resolutions.In carrying out these duties this individual will draw on his/her previous AR & Billing experience.The specialist must comply with the established UPS policies and procedures.Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesIdentifies and resolves basic and routine issues impacting paymentOvercomes customer objections concerning payments and assists them in understanding their account termsUtilizes payment options and negotiates payment arrangementsFollows prescribed escalation proceduresProvides thorough, efficient, and accurate updates to customer and other stakeholder information using various software programs including UPS proprietary programsSubmits recommendations to write-off account balancesMonitors and maintains assigned queue of customer accountsKeeping and improving customer relationsPrepare & publish reports to senior management as requiredCarry out exceptional coordination with various departments to ensure great customer experienceKnowledge And SkillsStrong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate over phone with customer and respond to questions (Mandatory)Prior experience in AR and Billing – preferredExcellent analytical and problem resolution skillsDesire to work in a position requiring extensive phone and email communicationAbility to work in a highly measured, fast-paced, production environmentWorking knowledge of MS Office and databasesBachelor’s degreePrior inbound/outbound international calling experience (preferred)Comfortable to work in any shift timings as per process requirementsType De Contraten CDIChez UPS, égalité des chances, traitement équitable et environnement de travail inclusif sont des valeurs clefs auxquelles nous sommes attachés.
