Advance Agrotech (BD) Ltd is looking for Senior Officer & Officer (Technical & Sales)Job Description / ResponsibilitySupervise and evaluate operational activities at fish farms and hatcheries, ensuring optimal management practices and productivity.Identify, diagnose, and address fish health issues; provide practical and technical solutions to improve farm performance.Advise farm owners and partners on best practices for fish care, water quality management, nutrition, and disease prevention/treatment.Plan, execute, and achieve company sales targets in alignment with business objectives.Explore, identify, and develop new market opportunities for product promotion and business growth.Monitor daily sales activities and regularly report performance updates to the respective authority.Conduct periodic market analysis to assess trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity, and share insights with management.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and stakeholders to enhance brand presence and customer satisfaction.Support promotional programs, field demonstrations, and technical seminars to strengthen product awareness.Educational RequirementsMaster of Science (MSc) in FisheriesBachelor of Science (BSc) in FisheriesB.Sc. in Fisheries (Hon’s) with MS in Aquaculture, or B.Sc. in Zoology (Hon’s) with M.Sc. in Fisheries, Marine Science, or a related discipline.Experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications for highly competent candidatesSkills Required: Aquaculture, Fish Pathology, Fish farm, Fish hatchery, Fisheries disease, fisheries and fish Medicine, AQUA MEDICINE, Shrimp Aquaculture, Sales and Marketing of Aqua Products, Aqua and Animal Health Product SellingExperience RequirementsAt least 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM),Fisheries,HatcheryFreshers are also encouraged to apply.Additional Requirements1–5 years of relevant experience (depending on role).Strong knowledge of fish health, nutrition, and water quality management.Practical experience in aquaculture operations, hatcheries, or feed application.Ability to conduct field demonstrations, farm trials, and farmer training.Understanding of product marketing, customer relations, and market analysis.Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in a team; willing to travel extensively.Self-motivated, energetic, professional, and able to work under pressure.Valid driving license preferred.Job LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
