This role is ideal for self-starters who excel in dynamic environments and are passionate about process improvement, precision, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:Tech-Driven Operations (70%)Navigate and manage the ARIVE Loan Operating System, ensuring accurate file setup, AUS runs, documentation review, and checklist generation.Track and maintain pipeline and system templates; troubleshoot and resolve ARIVE-related issues.Leverage Blueprint IncomeXpert to analyze borrower income documentation using AI tools.Provide timely insights and explanations to Loan Officers (LOs) for income calculations.Expertly use the Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) to manage resources and documentation.Update and maintain internal tools such as AskDwell’s knowledge resources in coordination with the Go-to-Market Engineer.Loan Officer Support & Team Collaboration (30%)Serve as the go-to operational support for LOs, providing real-time assistance via Teams and phone.Host or participate in meetings to troubleshoot loan files, clarify system usage, and address bottlenecks.Collaborate with Account Executives to keep investor guidelines current and resolve escalated issues.Join weekly team huddles to share updates, identify systemic issues, and propose process improvements.Coordinate with executive leadership and the Processing team to ensure loan pipeline visibility and timely closings.Tech Stack:ARIVE Loan Operating SystemBlueprint IncomeXpertOffice 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
