Senior Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to oversee and coordinate multiple projects and products managed by the Operations Department, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role combines strong operational management with leadership responsibilities, guiding and supporting a team of operations specialists to ensure smooth workflows and continuous improvement across all operational areas.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate the different projects and products managed by the Operations Department to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient execution.Lead and support a team of Operations Specialists, providing direction, performance feedback, and day-to-day guidance.Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and clear communication.Develop and implement process enhancements to improve turnaround times, quality, and operational efficiency.Support management in planning and resource allocation across various operational projects.Leverage technology and digital tools to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and enhance collaboration.Provide hands-on operational support and cover work as needed to maintain continuity and efficiency.Handle complex operational issues, troubleshoot problems, and escalate critical matters to management with well-thought-out solutions.Support in training and onboarding new operations staff to ensure consistent performance standards.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of working experience in the healthcare field.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management or workflow systems.Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.English language proficiency is a must.
