Oracle Cloud Infrastructure LeadJapanese JLPTN1 Bilingual Infrastructure Lead (Cloud Native) We are looking for an Infrastructure Lead who can design and build cloud-native infrastructure solutions for telecommunications platforms. Experience with implementing COTS (Commercial Off-the-Shelf) applications and practical experience with *Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)* is highly valued!Main Responsibilities:Design and implementation of cloud-native infrastructure for telecommunications systemsBuilding scalable and secure infrastructure using OCI and container technologiesEnsuring compliance with performance, cost, and regulatory requirementsAlignment with enterprise standards through collaboration with customers and partnersSupporting end-to-end delivery through collaboration with internal teamsLeading documentation and review of infrastructure designsEnsuring observability through the implementation of monitoring and alerting toolsDesigning and validating disaster recovery (DR) solutionsImproving operational quality through the creation of SOPs and operational runbooksRequired Qualifications:10+ years of experience in infrastructure/architecture (3+ years in cloud-native environments)In-depth knowledge of networking, security, and container-based architecturesExperience administering Docker, Kubernetes, and LinuxExperience with DevOps practices such as CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-CodeExperience using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and SplunkSOP and operational documentation skillsPreferred Skills:Experience in the telecommunications industry (especially BSS/OSS)Knowledge of Oracle BRM, PDC, and ECEExperience with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, and GitOracle Cloud certificationsExperience implementing OCI or other public cloud platforms
