You’ll lead a small team, set clear KPIs, and drive an engaging, commercially-minded organic social strategy that reflects the brand’s tone, purpose and ambition. Working across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and beyond, you’ll be pivotal in influencing customer perception and brand loyalty through smart, results-driven content.Key ResponsibilitiesFull ownership of organic social execution across global territories, managing a team of twoSet KPIs for each platform with Head of Marketing approvalPlan and execute content strategies aligned to the wider marketing funnelDevelop processes for content briefing and asset creationManage budgets for social-specific creative output, including sourcing freelance talentCurate tailored, channel-specific content calendars that speak to diverse consumer profilesBuild strong relationships across internal departments and external partnersEnsure alignment with influencer, PR, paid media, ecommerce and wholesale strategiesDeliver consistent brand messaging and support DTC acquisition and loyaltyAnalyse performance, track KPIs and report back with actionable insightsMentor your team and support their growth and developmentRegulate and write engaging copy across all organic contentMaintain brand tone, relevance and responsiveness through strong collaboration with the Community Experience ManagerSound like you?You’ll bring experience, energy and precision in equal measure.
