Given the critical nature of our work, it’s vital that we recruit skilled and committed individuals to our team.We’re looking for a Senior Organisational Support Officer to join us at our HQ in Culham, to implement and maintain an efficient and effective administrative, reception and secretarial service. You will plan and coordinate duty rotas to ensure effective reception cover, including out of hours. You’ll manage the Organisational Support team and manage/monitor the performance – ensuring that core results and specialism support are met. You’ll manage and maintain systems and processes to support functions to ensure efficient management, planning and coordination and the delivery of support services to your customers. You will work closely alongside the Operational Support Manager to support with procurement processes, drafting of departmental budgets and deputising when required.To be successful in the role we’re looking for someone who is experienced within an organisational support/administrative role with leadership/management experience, and experience of minute taking at high level meetings. You’ll be a proficient IT user with experience of running reports from IT systems; manipulating, analysing and interpreting reports. You’ll be able to manage workloads and priorities and discuss with other functional heads.
