Senior Package Process Engineer

Join us to support our clients with their projects here in Denmark!We are looking for a specialist to support an assignment for 12-months with potential extension.The PositionAs a Senior Package Process Engineer, you will be working in an inspiring scientific environment with highly engaged colleagues and in close collaboration with people from many different areas internally and externally.The team members collaborate with colleagues and peers from Research and Development (R&D), Production and Supply Chain, external materials suppliers and Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs) among others.Some of your key responsibilities may include:Overseeing Primary Packaging Systems or Primary Packaging Components for injectable pharmaceuticals.Bringing the new primary packaging materials from clinical development to market, including receiving documentation from R&D and primary packaging related regulatory filing activities and documenting the activities to be ready for health authority inspectionsHandling lifecycle management activities for commercial products, such as evaluating new suppliers and implementing changes to components or technologiesEnsuring optimal technical performance, processability and safety of the primary packaging components and systemsInvestigating quality issues and customer complaints, understanding usage and potential root causes to ensure high standards of performance and complianceQualificationsTo succeed in this role, we believe you to:Hold a master’s degree in engineering (such as pharmaceutical, material science, mechanical, chemical, production), physics, or a related technical fieldDemonstrate practical experience in the development or maintenance of primary packaging within a highly regulated industryBring expertise working in a GMP environment, system engineering, safety risk management, and quality specificationsCommunicate fluently in both written and spoken EnglishAs a person, you are motivated by finding sustainable solutions that can be seamlessly integrated into manufacturing processes. You take a structured approach and confidently take ownership of your assignments. While you work efficiently on your own, you also thrive in collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across functions and departments. You have strong technical and analytical skills, with an unwavering focus on achieving results and meeting key milestones.
