It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!‎‎Job DescriptionAbout the RoleAs a Senior Partnership Analyst at Traveloka, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing partnerships with external stakeholders such as Banks, Brands, Corporates, and Tourism Boards. You will also work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Campaign, Customer Rewards & Incentive, Finance, Legal, Tax, Corporate Technology, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and maximize partnership impact.This role offers a full end-to-end experience managing partnership processes, from initial strategy and negotiation through implementation and ongoing performance analysis. You will be expected to identify new opportunities, drive partnership initiatives, and contribute to Traveloka’s commercial success in the Indonesia market.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the complete partnership lifecycle—from onboarding and contract administration to performance monitoring and renewal.Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners (Banks, Brands, Corporates, and Tourism Boards).Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Campaign, Customer Reward & Incentive, Finance, Legal, Tax, Corporate Technology, and other relevant stakeholders) to drive campaign alignment, compliance, and seamless execution.Analyze partnership data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize outcomes.Drive new partnership initiatives with high ownership, creativity, and initiative.Prepare and present regular reports and insights for senior management and partners.Support negotiation and contract management to secure beneficial partnership agreements.Adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.Represent Traveloka in a professional, outgoing, and socially engaging manner.‎RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or other relevant fields.Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds and relevant internships/projects are welcome.Experience2–4 years of experience preferred, but fresh graduates with prior intern experience and demonstrating strong analytical skills and initiative are encouraged.Previous exposure to partnership management, business development, or commercial roles is a plus.Prior experience in FMCG or Tech industries is preferred, while exposure to the Travel, Fintech, or eCommerce sectors is considered a strong advantage.Skills & CompetenciesStrong analytical skills to interpret data, market trends, and partnership performance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.Highly self-driven, proactive, and willing to take initiative beyond basic responsibilities.Flexible, adaptable, outgoing, and able to build rapport quickly with both internal and external partners.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of analytics or CRM tools is a bonus.Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Negotiation skills and understanding of commercial contracts.Problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking capability.Personality & Cultural FitEager to learn, adaptable, and willing to work extra miles to meet objectives.Collaborative team player but comfortable working independently.Friendly, social, and able to represent Traveloka’s values with professionalism.‎If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
