Senior Payroll Specialist

Promise Group specializes in software licensing optimization, IT systems design, implementation, maintenance, and business application development.We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Senior Payroll Specialist!Key ResponsibilitiesComprehensive management of HR and payroll processes within local and international structures.Calculating salaries and preparing ZUS, PIT, and other required reports and declarations.Maintaining and updating employee personnel records.Managing contracts, annexes, certificates, and reporting for international entities.Cooperation with external institutions (ZUS, Tax Office, PFRON, GUS).Preparing HR and payroll analyses and reports.Providing support in interpreting labor law, social security, and tax regulations.Ongoing cooperation with internal company departments and providing advice on HR and payroll matters.Our RequirementsMinimum of 4–6 years of experience in a similar position.
