Job Description

This position is responsible for Payroll and Benefit administration for salaried employees of Asia region office.[Responsibilities]Process payroll for salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and timelinesMaintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in compensationEnsure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policiesRespond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax documentation in a timely mannerCollaboration with HRIS and IT teams to ensure system accuracy and troubleshoot payroll-related issuesAdminister internal local HR System(E-HR), responsible for reflecting any changes in organization structuresSupport audits and reporting requirements related to payrollAssist in year-end processes, including income statementsPlay a key role in benefit administrationResponsible for administering payroll processes for overseas[Qualification]Expertise in overall payroll processes, including international payroll operationsStrong understanding of payroll complianceProficiency in payroll systems and HRIS platformsExcellent communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage confidential informationStructured and analytical thinking ability to oversee the workflow and process
