Senior People & Culture Business Partner

We are looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner to support our Product Creation (R&D) and Product Management areas during the next chapter of our growth journey. We just launched our 2030 strategy, and delivering on the commitments will require great leadership and performance. You will be responsible for delivering on a variety of tasks within your business units, from operational people-related matters to strategic initiatives. You are a clear communicator and possess a solid sense of judgement towards what adds value to the business.Business travel within and outside Denmark is expected a few times annually.What We Value In The CandidatesYou are experienced with the People & Culture Business Partner role and familiar with the typical tasks within the role, like performance management, organizational development, and leadership sparring.
