atNorth is a new strong player in the Data Center industry in Finland. With the company being in a strong scale-up phase, we need to strengthen the P&C team with a senior P&C manager person who want and loves to work close with the managers both in Finland but also globally, he/she needs to stand on a very stable ground of labour law for Finland and getting energy from being a visible partner to the business. This role is part of the global P&C team and will work closely with managers and peers over the entire company. Already today the P&C team in Finland has a P&C Specialist role and a TA manager role, this role will report to Director of P&C in Sweden.💼 About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and people-driven Senior People & Culture Manager to join our growing team at atNorth in Finland. In this role, you will act as a strategic and operational HR partner to managers across the business, driving people processes, leadership development, training and culture initiatives.While the core focus is HR partnering and organizational support, you will also contribute to global P&C projects and run P&C processes when needed. You will also discuss competency needs and support key hires as we scale, contributing with personal assessments and second opinions.We are also looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with processes, documentation, and information management – for example by ensuring all HR policies, guidelines, and documents are reviewed and updated annually. You take pride in structure, clarity, and compliance, and you see value in continuously improving how information is organized and shared.Additionally, it would be great if you have a strong interest in employee well-being, and you’re motivated by creating initiatives that promote balance, engagement, and a healthy workplace culture.As we soon will have several operational sites in Finland, for example in Espoo and Kouvola, you are expected to travel regularly and be visible at the sites to stay close to our leaders. As we operate across several countries, occasional international travel will also be required, so it’s important that this suits your lifestyle. You should enjoy being in an international environment where you play an important role in developing practical, business-oriented people processes. English is our company language, so you need to be fluent both verbally and in writing.🎯 Your Key ResponsibilitiesPeople & Culture Partnering Senior advisor to management and leaders Support managers in areas such as labor law/legal framework for Finland (and other Nordic countries), leadership coaching, workforce planning, team development, performance discussions, change management, and engagement activities Work closely with managers and make sure to get them onboarded in the atNorth culture, tools and procedures Drive core HR processes including performance reviews, succession planning, development plans, and compensation and benefit discussion/reviews Coach leaders in all people-related areas, such as misbehavior, terminations, coaching/feedback, team satisfaction, talent management, education planning, goal setting, and work-life balance Contribute to building a strong company culture and scalable people practices Work with our people engagement tools and our leaders to strengthen atNorth’s position as “a great place to work” Drive competency planning/training needs, key employee mapping, and succession planning activities Conduct personal assessments and second opinions, where needed Actively drive initiatives and actions to support employee well-being across the organizationOperational Excellence & Compliance Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies Develop, maintain, and enhance local/global people-related policies and HR documentation Own equality and DEI area for the company from a P&C perspective Ensure structured and up-to-date documentation and lead the annual review cycle for all HR policies, guidelines, and related materials Improve and streamline HR processes/policies and documentation Use HR data and insights to inform decisions and support business outcomesWhat You Bring At least 10-12 years in the HR field, with the majority spent in an HR Business Partner/HR Manager or similar role. If you have been in a scale-up company or in the Data Center branch it's an extra plus. Strong confidence in advising and supporting the business across the full HR scope Full understanding of the Finnish labor law framework (knowledge of other Nordic countries is a plus) A genuine interest in maintaining and developing HR documentation and structured processes on a global level Proven experience in HR Business Partnering Experience in leadership training and coaching (both planning and execution) Strong understanding of people processes and organizational development A coaching mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with managers Strong self-leadership skills and the ability to prioritize effectively Experience or certification in personal assessment tools is meriting Experience in driving HR projects is meriting Experience with HR systems and tools Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) as well as fluency in Finnish, combined with a collaborative working styleAt atNorth, we believe that sustainable success starts with the wellbeing of our people.
