To help businesses—from local SMEs to global enterprises—unlock their full potential through innovative strategies, data-driven insights, and hands-on execution.As we scale even further, we’re now looking for an experienced Paid Media Buyer to lead and expand our performance marketing division, playing a critical role in driving strategy, execution, and team growth.What you’ll be doing: Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, e-commerce, and other digital platforms.Optimise advertising campaigns, analyse data, implement conversion strategies, and identify opportunities to improve marketing results.Develop and implement strategies for digital user acquisition across mobile apps and websites, utilising various advertising platforms such as SEM, social media, display ads, affiliate marketing, programmatic advertising, etc.Enhancing performance, providing reports, and ensuring seamless execution of all campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).Efficiently manage budgets, focusing on maximising ROIResponsible for monthly tracking of campaign performance and delivering strategic solutions for growthTake initiative in communication and presenting innovative ideas, actively seeking solutions to address requirements, monitoring competitor actions and industry trends, and introducing fresh perspectives and innovative approaches.Who we’re looking for:4+ years of experience planning and executing digital campaigns either in-house or agency.Experience in utilising Google Search, Google Ads, Meta Ads & social media Ads. Having sufficient experience in handling multiple ad networksStrong online marketing strategy (audience understanding, channel knowledge, conversion rate optimization)Skilled in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc)Analytical who’s able to back up their ideas and decisions with data-driven solutionsExceptional attention to detail and aspiration toward perfectionFlexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong communicator and a team playerMust be able to work from our office in Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan (Fully-WFO).Proficiency in both English and the Indonesian LanguageWhy Join Us?We’re not just looking for someone who checks all the boxes for this role; we’re looking for a partner in our journey of growth.
