The ideal candidate is both data-driven and a strategist, capable of analysing data to drive performance.Responsibilities Performance Marketing Take full ownership and run point on all digital performance marketing effortsDevelop and execute SEM, SMM, and SEO campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other emerging platformsManage end-to-end campaign execution: ad creation, targeting, optimisation, and reportingConduct keyword research, A/B testing, and continuous campaign improvement to maximise ROIAllocate and track digital marketing budgets, identifying opportunities for cost optimisationCollaborate with content, design, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are delivered seamlessly Social Media & Events Management Develop and implement social media strategies to grow engagement, brand awareness, and customer retentionCreate, schedule, and post social content (graphics, captions, videos) aligned with campaigns and brand identityMonitor trends, track engagement, and adjust content and posting strategies as neededHandle customer interactions and feedback on social media to maintain a positive brand imagePlan and execute online and offline events including logistics, marketing materials, and post-event follow-ups Data Analytics Track and analyse campaign performance, website traffic, social media metrics, and other digital KPIsGenerate actionable reports and insights to optimise campaigns and support decision-makingExecute data-driven A/B tests and adjust campaigns based on performance insightsPresent campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to management regularly, demonstrating accountability for results and ROIBe the main point of contact for all digital campaign performance, reporting, and optimisation strategies Budget Management (shared with BM Lead) Budget Allocation: Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximise ROIFinancial Reporting: Track and report on budget expenditure, ensuring transparency and accountabilityCost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in marketing spend Requirements: At least 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing, social media management or digital marketingHands-on experience executing paid campaigns (SEM, SMM, SEO) and managing social media accountsStrong knowledge of CRM systems, WordPress/Elementor, and social media platformsProven ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects end-to-end, meeting deadlines and KPIsStrong creative, strategic, and analytical skills to translate insight into actionExcellent time management, prioritisation, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative mindset, comfortable working with internal teams and external partnersFurther DetailsRemotely for the Singapore TeamMonday-Friday, 9am to 6pmSalary: 4000-5500 MYR MonthlyWhy join us?Work directly with an established leader and mentors who can help develop you and your careerA working environment that respects you and invests in youA dynamic working environment that will constantly engage and challenge youOpportunity to be part of a growth story
