Location: Fully RemoteType: Full-TimeExperience: 5+ yearsAbout UBRIKUBRIK is a Dubai-based performance marketing agency with over 15 years of experience, working with leading universities and brands across the GCC.We are specialised in higher education marketing, managing full-funnel strategies from lead generation to enrolment. Our approach is data-driven, ROI-focused, and built around measurable business outcomes.We are now looking for a strong Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid media execution and optimisation across multiple university accounts.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing and scaling multi-platform paid media campaigns. This role requires someone who understands not just traffic and clicks, but full funnel performance You will work closely with the PPC Team Lead and Account Managers to execute, optimise, and improve performance across accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & ExecutionPlan and execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and SnapchatStructure campaigns by program, intake, and geographyManage budgets across multiple markets, including UAE, KSA, and international territoriesConduct keyword research and audience segmentation based on funnel stagePerformance OptimisationContinuously optimise campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, and conversion ratesRun structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pagesMonitor budget pacing and ensure targets are met monthly and quarterlyIdentify performance gaps and propose clear optimisation plansFunnel & Data AnalysisAnalyse lead quality and performance beyond platform metricsTrack Lead to Application and Application to Enrolment performanceWork with CRM data to understand real conversion impactBuild insights from data, not just reportsReporting & InsightsPrepare weekly and monthly performance reportsPresent insights clearly to internal teamsTranslate performance data into clear actionsSupport client calls when neededProcess & SystemsEnsure tracking and tagging accuracy using GA4 and GTMMaintain campaign documentation and structure standardsContribute to improving internal performance frameworksAI-Driven Performance CultureAt UBRIK, AI is not a trend.
