We stay humble along the way, with a "pay it forward" mentality, but with big and bold goals.As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving acquisition and revenue across multiple digital channels. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns mostly across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads and Bing Ads. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of improving ROAS, lowering CPA, and scaling paid media performance across diverse markets and audiences both on B2B and B2C. This role reports to the Demand Generation Team Lead.ResponsibilitiesCampaign managementSet up, manage, and optimize performance campaigns across all advertising networks and channels.Monitor campaign results daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROAS, CPA, and overall efficiency.Manage and adjust budgets, bids, targeting, and pacing across multiple markets and audience types.Build and test ads, messaging, and creatives for both B2B lead generation and B2C transfer bookings.Creative strategy & optimizationAnalyze metrics from advertising platforms (e.g., CTR, ROAS, CPC, etc.) to identify high-performing campaigns and concepts and scale winning ideas.Provide creative direction and A/B testing guidelines for ad copy, headlines, and visuals to maximize CTR and conversions.Develop and test creative frameworks to increase performance across social, display, and video channels.Collaborate with design to produce, refine, and optimize static, video, and motion assets.Audience targeting & remarketingBuild full-funnel remarketing and dynamic retargeting campaigns using first-party data and platform tools.Create and optimize lookalike, custom, and intent-based audiences across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.Build segment-based remarketing flows to maximize re-engagement and conversions across the funnel.Analytics & performance insightsAnalyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement in audience segmentation, creative performance, and funnel structure.Produce regular reports and dashboards that clearly communicate performance insights and optimization recommendations.Evaluate platform trends and competitor activity, translating learnings into actionable strategies and creative insights.Cross-functional sollaborationWork closely with design, partnerships, and broader marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistent messaging.Partner with analytics and data teams to improve measurement, attribution, and first-party data usage.Share insights that help improve landing pages, nurture flows, and channel mix decisions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
