Job Description

Primary ObjectiveTo promote various type of life-insurance products by Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd under the exclusive Bancassurance Partnership between RHB Bank and Tokio MarineTo professionally sell a wide range of banca products to existing and prospective customersTo achieve sales/revenue target assigned by the Bank and contribute towards the achievement of the overall branch targetsTo maintain regular contacts with customers to develop relationship for higher share of customers’ walletParticipate in branch/region/Bank sales activities and campaigns to achieve deliverablesPrepare and pro-actively execute salesKEY RESPONSIBILITYSales Planning & ActivitiesPromote, introduce and market a range of Tokio Marine’s life-insurance products to Bank’s customer (including Whole Life Plan, Endowment Plan, Medical Plan and Investment Linked Plan)To perform needs based selling by understanding customer’s financial goal, protection need, saving, education, medical and retirement savingBrief and ensure customers understand the insurance plan features, charges and prepare quotations and explanation of product disclosureAssist customers in handling premium payment, policy enquiry, policy servicing and claims related mattersPrepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers from Bank’s leads (LMS) and self-generated leadsActively participate and collaborate with other sales personnel at branch/region on sales activities/campaigns for customer acquisition and retentionPlan and identify cross selling/up selling to increase customers’ PHR and revenueSet appointments, sales visitations, prospecting and engagement with customersSales ManagementMaintain regular contact with existing customers to foster closer relationship and for referralsWork closely with Branch Manager and Regional Sales Heads on sales activities, promotion and campaignsComply with CPD hours and to ensure completion rate of CFF formsCompliance to Bank’s policy, procedures and observe sales code of ethics
