Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Pharmacology Scientist located in Richmond Hill, ON. The Senior Pharmacology Scientist will be responsible for designing and executing pharmacology studies, developing and validating analytical methods, interpreting data, and preparing scientific reports. The role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintenance of laboratory equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The individual will also contribute to protocol development, data analysis, and presentation of findings to internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Strong experience in pharmacology, including the design and execution of pharmacology studiesProficiency in developing and validating analytical methodsData interpretation and scientific report preparation skillsExperience with GLP/GCP compliance and regulatory standardsExcellent collaborative skills for working with cross-functional teamsAdvanced knowledge of laboratory equipment maintenanceBachelor's degree in Pharmacology, Toxicology, or a related field; Master's or PhD preferredExperience in clinical research, specifically Phase I/IIa studies, is a plus
