Senior PHP Developer (Hybrid work, HCMC)

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior PHP Developer to join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (hybrid working model). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using PHP, Node.js, and React.js, with a strong focus on performance, security, and code quality.This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain backend services using PHP (Laravel or similar frameworks).Build and integrate Node.js services for real-time or asynchronous processing.Collaborate with front-end developers to implement responsive interfaces using React.js.Create and maintain Docker containers for local development and deployment.Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and improve performance.Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices within the development team.Work closely with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure smooth delivery of features.Qualifications5+ years of experience in PHP development (Laravel, Symfony, or similar).Solid understanding of Node.js and React.js.Experience working with Docker and containerized environments.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design, and web application security.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms is a plus.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal) to collaborate in meetingsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.BenefitsHybrid working model (work from home + office).15 days annual leave, Monday-Friday schedule.MacBook Pro provided.Attractive salary & fully paid insurances.13th-month salary (paid before Lunar New Year).Premium healthcare insurance (PVI).Allowances: team building, sports activities, parking fees, electricity & internet fees.Training courses (English, IT).Annual company trip (4 days including weekends).GoodLife program: quarterly trips & sports clubs.Annual health check-up.
