As a Software Development Engineering - Sr Professional I, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with our business goals and client needs.What You'll DoDevelop, maintain, and optimize shopping cart plug-ins for WooCommerce, Magento, and PrestaShop.Build and maintain a CI/CD pipeline to automate the deployment and integration process.Develop Software Development Kits (SDKs) to streamline integration for developers using our solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand integration needs.Ensure seamless integration of payment gateways, shipping options, and product management features.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to existing plug-ins and integrations.Conduct thorough testing and debugging processes to ensure functionality and performance.Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance our plug-in offerings.Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams as needed.Experience You'll Need To Have8+ years of experience in software developmentProven experience in developing plug-ins for WooCommerce, Magento, and PrestaShop.Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.Familiarity with Software Development Kits (SDKs) and their implementation.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and best coding practices.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.A passion for innovation and staying ahead of technological advancements.Experience That Would Be Great To HaveExperience in the financial services industryThank You For Considering Employment With Fiserv.
