Senior Construction Planner – Major Health Infrastructure project About The RoleDesign & Build are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Planner to join the delivery team on the a major Hospital project in Perth & one of the countries most significant health projects. You’ll be responsible for creating and managing construction programs, ensuring milestones are achieved, and supporting the project team to deliver on time and on budget.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed construction programs (design, procurement, delivery)Track progress, update schedules and report on key milestonesIdentify risks and propose mitigation strategiesWork with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to align program and deliverySupport tender planning and contribute to project planning strategiesWhat You’ll BringExperience as a Planner on major hospital or large-scale infrastructure projectsStrong knowledge of various planning softwaresExcellent communication and reporting skillsDegree in Construction Management, Engineering or related disciplineThe clientPlay a key role in a landmark healthcare project in WAWork with a global tier one contractor with strong local presenceCompetitive package and career growth opportunities
