Senior Planner

About the RoleSilverBack is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Senior Planner to support a large-scale industrial project in Sweden. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the project planning and scheduling activities, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, and construction teams. This role requires a strong background in civil engineering and hands-on expertise in developing and managing project programmes with Primavera P6.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and scheduling function on a high-profile industrial project.Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.Coordinate lookahead planning, progress tracking, and recovery strategies.Work closely with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure milestone achievement.Provide clear reporting and forecasts to project stakeholders.Use data-driven insights to identify risks and support decision-making.What We’re Looking For7+ years of experience in planning & scheduling for large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects.Strong expertise with Primavera P6.Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.EU citizenship is required.
