Would you like to person responsible to oversee every element of the supply chain related to a given product family of Grundfos? Become a member of our Supply Chain Team within Water Utility Division and get a chance to make a difference. What is the job about?The main purpose of Senior Planner Specialist position is to oversee every element of the supply chain related to a given product family of Grundfos. You will need to assure proper order confirmation and on time delivery of sales orders,find quick solution to problems from customer/Grundfos side with effective communication in order to achieve setting up an exemplary collaboration between factories and sales companies.Your main responsibilities:Operative planning of products and confirming customer ordersMonitor activities related to production order execution of a defined product rangeSales contact via email, Teams, over the phoneDealing with escalationsReporting unconfirmed orders older than 5 business days, finding route causes, speeding up the verification process and informing sales of the reason for delaysClose cooperation with co-departments, especially procurers, shipping, production and customer service engineersTracking KPI’s and making reportsSingle point of contact for sales for at least one products of the factoryFast problem solving when comes to supply chain related issuesCommunication of solutions and optionsSupport sales regions especially efficient handling of escalated issues when comes to order confirmation, lead time requests, special transportation needs Your background:Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred in Logistics or equivalent3-5 years of experience in a field of Production/ Operative PlanningDeep knowledge within planning and global processesSAP knowledgeFluent English both in written and verbalComputer skills (MS Office)What’s in it for you?
