Job Description

Join a high-impact Project Control & Planning team as a Senior Planning Engineer. You will build, own, and optimise integrated schedules and portfolio plans for complex offshore projects, turning multi-disciplinary inputs into clear forecasts, timely progress insights, and on-time delivery.What you’ll do:Coordinate planning for complex projects/work packages; convert proposal schedules into detailed, coded Primavera P6 baselines.Gather inputs across engineering, onshore/offshore teams, and subcontractors; issue and maintain baseline, updates, and forecasts.Produce high-value reports: bar charts, histograms, S-curves, EVM, dashboards; run what-if scenarios, offshore schedules, and mobilisation plans.Synchronise vessel/yard windows with the senior/seasonal planner; align time–cost forecasts with Finance/Project Controls.Set up and track Innovations, CAPEX, and R&M (port calls, docking) schedules; support Daily Progress Report data quality.Lead development of integrated resource/portfolio planning processes and Power BI dashboards, including an Innovations Portfolio planning system.What you bring:BSc/MSc in Mechanical, Civil, Naval Architecture, or similar.8+ years in project planning/scheduling (offshore/marine experience is a plus).Expert in P6/MS Project, WBS/OBS, critical path, resource loading/leveling, and EVM.Experience with portfolio/gate processes and Power BI dashboard development.Highly organised, hands-on, and able to work independently; strong written/spoken English and stakeholder communication.Apply: Submit your CV via LinkedIn or reach out to Anshika Bais Singh at a.singhbais@bennetboss.com.
