Job Description: · Support the project manager with the information needed to implement the project in a timely manner and within the allocated budget. This information is used by project managers in making decisions for the accurate implementation of the project.· Perform periodic updates and reviews of timetables to achieve the objectives, as there are always some deviations in the plan,· Calculate resource requirements related to manpower, machinery and materials requirements.· Create cash flow analysis and cost differences (current cash flow versus expected cash flow).· Coordinate with various departments such as design department, procurement, contracts, quality and operating departments.· Ensure optimal use of all common tools and processes.Improves project efficiency and advises in accordance with SOPs.Qualifications· Bachelor Degree in Engineering.· 5-7 years of experience in the same field· Very Good Command in both spoken and written English Language.· Real estate developers experience is preferred
