Celebrating Long Service provides an opportunity for the business to demonstrate their appreciation of the hard work, dedication and many years’ services of our employees at 5-year service milestonesKey Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesProvide the Project Management with accurate monthly cost and progress reports incorporating early warning, forecast completions, together with the critical path and trend analyses.To ensure that all work is performed without compromise to quality and in line with the company’s proceduresTo maintain high standard of safety at all timesAdvising project team on cost control, planning & Contract complianceTracking progress & reports against actual cost Approved Baseline PlanPreparing any special progress reports, cost reports, and forecasts for team activitiesAssisting in change management process with project leaders and contractorsCoordinating routine progress reportingParticipating in reporting on process and costDevelop a suitable Work Breakdown Structure covering the project requirements / scope of worksDevelop, baseline, update, and maintain detailed project schedules for various phases of project execution including but not limited to design development, construction, pre-commissioning, and start-upCoordinate with client representatives, team members, contractors, subcontractors to consider all project requirements.Coordinate and follow up with Project Engineers and other project stakeholders for inputs and updates to required reports and schedules within the required timeAbility to present cost reports, schedules and manpower histograms to the project team and Client, when requiredProvides training, mentoring and ongoing project controls guidance to project team members.Support the development of the Project Controls team membersIdentify and share lessons learned to support continuous improvement of project performance and company operationsFair knowledge of planning in terms of schedule integration between Engineering to Procurement and constructionHands on experience in the development of EPC schedule during the FEED phase to identify the EPC contractorOutgoing and motivated individual who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment.QualificationsWhat makes you remarkable?
