We are seeking an experienced Senior Planning Manager to lead our planning team, support growing demand forecasting, and supply chain synchronization for our complex hardware portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning Leadership: Develop and execute the full NPI-to-EOL planning process. Lead the S&OP cycle to align Sales, Finance, and OperationsTeam & Process Excellence: Mentor and lead the planning team. Drive continuous process improvement and tool enhancement (ERP/MRP)Supply/Demand Management: Oversee accurate demand forecasting, optimize inventory (complex BOMs/long lead times), and mitigate supply chain risksManage and optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods, balancing service levels and budget goalsRequired Qualifications:7+ years of progressive experience in Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain Management in the high-tech hardware industryProven success leading a planning team and driving complex process improvementsExpert-level proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite – advantage)B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experienceExceptional communication and leadership skills to influence executive stakeholdersFluent in EnglishWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
