We’re seeking a PMO Analyst to join a large, fast-paced transformation portfolio within the Financial Services and Healthcare sectors. This role sits at the heart of program delivery, providing governance, reporting, resource tracking, and delivery support across multiple workstreams. It’s an opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, precision, and driving clarity in complex projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport portfolio governance, planning, and reporting for strategic programs.Maintain and update program schedules, RAID logs, resource trackers, and financial forecasts.Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and portfolio packs for steering committees and senior leadership.Coordinate status reporting and dependency management across multiple project teams.Monitor program budgets and assist with vendor and financial tracking (POs, invoices, accruals).Maintain documentation standards and ensure compliance with governance frameworks (PMO, risk, audit).Support project managers with resource onboarding, timeline updates, and delivery coordination.Key Skills & ExperienceStrong background in PMO / Project Coordination / Portfolio Support roles.Proven experience in financial services, healthcare, or government transformation programs.High proficiency with MS Project, Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint for reporting and analytics.Familiarity with governance frameworks (Prince2, PMBOK, Agile PMO).Experience managing RAID logs, dependencies, and portfolio financials.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
