About The TeamWe are looking for a highly capable PMO Senior Associate to support and drive cross-functional initiatives within Marketplace Operations, covering Customer Experience, Seller Experience, Logistics, Governance, and Customer Service/Return & Refund. This role goes beyond coordination — it requires strong analytical thinking, project leadership, and the ability to transform business hypotheses into actionable strategies. You will lead mid-scale projects, influence stakeholders across functions, and generate insights to improve operational performance.Job DescriptionOwn and manage selected cross-functional projects end-to-end, from scoping, stakeholder alignment, and planning to execution and post-mortem.Partner with business leaders to translate hypotheses into structured analysis, validate with data, and propose actionable solutions.Conduct in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to support decision-making and business model innovation.Build business cases and scenario modeling to assess impact, ROI, and trade-offs.Proactively identify risks, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities, then propose creative solutions.Mentor PMO Associates in delivering high-quality research, reporting, and documentation.Prepare management-level reports, dashboards, and strategic presentations for leadership updates.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.4–6 years of experience in project management, consulting, or strategy/operations in fast-paced industries.Proven experience in leading cross-departmental initiatives or mid-scale projects independently.Strong business acumen with ability to connect data, market insights, and operations.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and modeling skills.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proactive, adaptive, and able to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace platforms is a strong advantage.
