Senior Policy Advisor (public sector funding/economics related)

About the role As a Senior Policy Advisor, you’ll take ownership of major pieces of policy work — from scoping and analysis through to producing Cabinet papers, Regulatory Impact Statements, briefigs for Ministers, working on Bills and supporting legislative processes. You’ll collaborate across multiple agencies and stakeholders, helping to shape strategic advice that drives positive outcomes. You’ll also play an important role in mentoring less experienced advisors and contributing to the development of a high-performing, supportive policy team. This is a great role for someone who enjoys intellectual challenge, working at pace, and seeing their advice shape real-world outcomes.
