Via pay with iyzico, which is a blended payment solution, millions of consumers who do not use banking can safely shop online under the belt of iyzico Buyer Protection.iyzico continues to simplify online shopping for both consumers and sellers by the simple, accessible, and innovative technologies it developed.Responsibilities:Segment the merchant portfolio and analyze each segment in terms of transaction volume, profitability, and churn riskDesign pricing strategies based on bank costs and routing rulesEvaluate pricing requests from the Sales team and offer optimal pricing alternativesModel the impact of interest rate changes on pricingDevelop pricing/campaign proposals for inactive merchantsPrepare pricing, portfolio profitability, and churn reports for senior managementEstablish and manage the end-to-end pricing approval processCreate a structured data repository for pricing decisions and approval historyMonitor merchant behavior to assess whether they comply with the pricing terms offeredStructure all pricing-related processes to be auditable and trackableSupport the management of bank relationships within the scope of the Physical POS product and provide coordination for future strategic projectsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, payments, or banking relationship managementExperience in payment services, acquiring, or card processing is highly preferredAble to be an independent worker and analytical thinker with the ability to conduct research and data analysis to resolve complex problemsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SQL knowledge is a plusA process-oriented mindset with a passion for building and improving systemsExcellent at communication and presentationCapable of multitasking in a dynamic environment and open to tackling challengesStrong problem-solving and analytical capabilitiesWell-organized, driven, enthusiastic about learning, and adaptable to new challengesFluent in both spoken and written EnglishWhat We Offer:A culture of continuous development: conferences, in-house events to stay up-to-date on current trends and technology.
