What The Role IsYou lead the full suite of post-production activities including video editing, animation and sound design to support MINDEF/SAF strategic communications, ensuring all media collaterals meet technical specifications for social media platforms while streamlining workflows and maintaining operational readiness of the post-production suite.What You Will Be Working On Lead end-to-end post-production process including video editing, graphics design/animation and sound editing Ensure all media collaterals meet technical specifications and are optimised for social media platforms Mentor and develop team of full-time national servicemen Production Media Technicians to produce high-quality content for MINDEF/SAF internal and external communications Evaluate post-production workflows to identify improvement areas, streamline operations and maintain operational readiness of post-production suite Contribute to turnkey projects and participate in overseas exercises to enhance technical expertise and broaden production capabilities Maintain technical proficiency of post-production suite and team to ensure deployability under tight timelinesChallenge(s) Managing multi-role demands across editing, animation and sound design while ensuring timely delivery and technical standards Keeping pace with evolving media formats, platform specifications and production technologies to maintain content relevance and effectiveness Maintaining operational readiness of post-production suite and national servicemen team for high-quality content production under pressureWhat We Are Looking For Education in Communication Studies, Film, Sound & Video, Visual Communication, Animation, Mass Communication, Advertising or a related media field Good analytical skills and writing ability Good awareness of Singapore's political, defence and security developments Proficiency in video editing with strong command of Adobe Creative Suite Keen eye for detail and technical precision(Applicants with no experience may apply.)Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
