No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential.We are seeking a talented Senior Power BI Engineer to lead and manage the migration of business intelligence content from legacy systems to Power BI.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Power BI development, advanced semantic modeling, and creating interactive dashboards, coupled with expertise in DAX, SQL, and ETL processes to ensure seamless data integration and actionable insights.ResponsibilitiesMigrate business intelligence content from legacy platforms to Power BIDesign and develop advanced semantic data models to support reporting and analyticsUtilize DAX to create and optimize complex calculations and measuresIntegrate data from various sources through SQL and ETL pipelinesBuild interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports to support decision-makingCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored BI solutionsOptimize Power BI reports for better performance and scalabilityEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and security throughout reporting solutionsProvide insights and recommendations based on data analytics to drive business outcomesEstablish best practices for Power BI workflows, including ETL processes and governanceMaintain and troubleshoot existing Power BI solutions when requiredRequirementsMinimum of 3 years’ experience working with data modeling, visualization, or analyticsExpertise in Power BI, including advanced report building and semantic modelingProficiency in DAX, SQL, and understanding of ETL conceptsBackground in developing business intelligence solutions across diverse industriesCapability to handle large-scale data sets and complex data integrationsStrong understanding of BI principles, KPIs, and data-driven decision-makingCompetency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projectsQualifications in problem-solving and optimization of BI environmentsNice to haveFamiliarity with integrating Power BI into advanced environments like cloud platforms or embedded applicationsUnderstanding of machine learning concepts or predictive analytics methodsExperience working with multiple ETL tools or data orchestration platformsShowcase of successful Power BI implementations in client-facing rolesWe offerWe believe that the greatest strength of the company is its people.
