This is a unique opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to take ownership of high-impact campaigns, drive performance across multiple platforms, and play a key role in our clients’ success.What You'll Be Doing:Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies for a variety of clients and industries.Manage hands-on, full-funnel PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360 and more.Optimize budgets, bids, targeting, and creative to improve campaign ROI and exceed performance goals continuously.Lead real-time analysis, A/B testing, and continuous optimizations based on actionable data insights.Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication.Monitor industry trends and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve and apply innovative strategies.Deliver detailed campaign performance reports, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, tech, and analytics teams to align campaign execution with client objectives.Desired Skills and Experience:5+ years of hands-on PPC experience in an agency or brand environment, managing large-scale, multi-platform paid media campaigns.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or an analytical discipline (MBA or advanced degree preferred).Proven success driving measurable growth and ROI through sophisticated campaign strategy and optimization.Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and strong familiarity with DV360, TikTok Ads, and Microsoft Ads.Advanced analytical capabilities; proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data visualization/reporting tools.Bilingual fluency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and mentor junior team members.Strategic thinker with a passion for digital innovation, automation, and scaling performance marketing excellence.If you’re excited about driving success for e-commerce clients and want to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you! 🙂Application:***Please attach your CV and portfolio in English along with your application.
