We are seeking a hands-on Senior PPC Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Digital Paid Media Performance. This new role is central to scaling and optimizing high-budget campaigns, with a primary focus on SEM (Google Search and Bing Search), while also managing additional paid channels. Success in this role requires exceptional analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to deliver measurable results in a fast-paced market.Responsibilities● Lead the planning, building, launching, and daily optimization of SEM campaigns in Google Search and Bing Search — the core focus of the role.● Manage additional high-budget campaigns across - Performance Max, YouTube, Meta Ads, TikTok, Reddit, and Quora.● Monitor performance daily, optimize assets and keywords, and implement strategies to achieve CPA and ROI targets.● Apply advanced bidding, targeting, and campaign structuring techniques to maximize returns. Analyze performance data deeply to identify trends, generate insights, and act quickly to improve results.● Produce clear, actionable weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership and the wider team.● Research and test new advertising channels to enhance acquisition strategies.● Collaborate with other campaign managers to share best practices and elevate team performance.● Stay ahead of industry trends and platform developments to maintain a competitive edge.Requirements● 4+ years of B2C performance marketing experience, including 4+ years managing advanced SEM campaigns (Google Search and Bing Search).● 2+ Proven experience with Meta Ads, and TikTok; Reddit and Quora experience is an advantage.● Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize very high-budget campaigns profitably. - Must● High-level English communication skills (written and verbal). - Must● Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset — ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies.● Excel/Google Sheets — Required and will be tested as part of the admission process.● Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager — Advantage for candidates with proven experience.● In-depth knowledge of CRO strategies and A/B testing methodologies.● Ability to work independently, manage multiple global campaigns, and meet tight deadlines.● Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to working shifts.● Highly organized, detail-focused, and collaborative.Working Schedule:● Onsite work only (no hybrid or remote options).● Monday - Friday from 12 PM - 9 PM (aligned with Israel's time zone)Office Address: Beautiful hi-tech office at The Grace Tower - 71 Hoang Van Thai, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.Salary: Starting from 35 million VNDBenefits:● 12 days off per year● Annual health check-up● Social security paymentInterview Process: Screening Call -> Practical Assignment -> Interview with CMO
