Job Description :Gathering information from customer to identify customer’s needsAnalyzing, developing, and proposing technical solutions (technology and equipments)Making design, bill of material, scope of works, schedule and proposalDelivering presentation about technical solutions to customerIf needed, doing demo or proof of conceptCoordinating with external parties (vendors, principals, distributors) to obtain required information (price, demo equipment, technical specifications) to provide technical solutionsCoordinating with other department to provide required information before the project beginProvide mentoring and training to Presales team Requirements :S1 graduate from IT, Information System, Telecommunication Engineering, or Computer EngineeringHaving minimum of 3 years experience as Presales Engineer or similarIn-depth understanding of Data Center and Cloud concepts, with proven experience in Private Cloud implementationHaving excellent communication, presentation, reporting, negotiation skill and good in EnglishFast learner, proactive, and detail-orientedAble to work independently and collaboratively across departments
