Senior Presales Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze RFPs, RFQs, and tenders to extract requirements, scope, and compliance criteriaDevelop solutioning approaches and map requirements to suitable technology stacksPrepare complete proposal responses, including technical writeups and supporting documentationDraw high-level solution architecture diagrams, workflows, and deployment modelsHighlight differentiators, innovations, and value propositions relevant to each engagementEnsure proposals align with government standards, security requirements, and best practicesAreas of ExpertiseThis role covers proposals across diverse engagement types, including:Custom Software Development & System IntegrationApplication Support & Managed ServicesOutsourcing & Staff AugmentationAI, Data & Analytics SolutionsEnterprise Platforms ( Dynamics, SAP, OutSystems.. ) Infrastructure & Cloud (On-Prem / Hybrid / Multi-Cloud) EnablementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field3-6 years of experience in pre-sales, proposal writing, or solution engineeringStrong technical knowledge across enterprise IT stacks (.NET Core, Angular, SQL Server, REST APIs, Cloud & On-Prem models)Ability to design and communicate solution architectures through diagrams and visualsExcellent technical writing and communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)Familiarity with GCC government RFPs and enterprise-level tendering processes is highly desirable
