Overall: The Pre-sales Consultant acts as the technical lead throughout the entire business development cycle and during bid responses. This role supports AIGC by validating and reviewing solutions from partners and vendors, preparing technical proposals, coordinating technical inputs, and ensuring all deliverables are technically accurate and submission-ready. The role specifically focuses on AI, data management, integration, smart solutions, automation, IoT, and software development, working closely with internal teams-if needed and external partners to validate proposed designs that meet client requirements and align with AIGC’s solution portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Lead technical discussions with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements, challenges, and constraints.Conduct discovery sessions to capture detailed technical and functional requirements.Translate business objectives provided by the Business Development (BD) team into clear technical requirements and design considerations.Review and validate solution architectures proposed by partners and vendors to ensure compliance with client needs and alignment with AIGC’s technical standards.Ensure all proposed designs adhere to industry best practices, security guidelines, and are feasible for integration.Take full ownership of Technical Proposals (TP) from partners or vendors, ensuring comprehensive coverage, compliance with RFP requirements, alignment with AIGC’s proposal templates and standards, and preparing the final submission-ready package.Collect, review, compile, and format Technical and Financial Proposals from partners and vendors into AIGC’s standard templates, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance with requirements, correct pricing alignment, and completeness. Submit fully prepared proposal packages, including cost sheets, to the tendering team for final submission.Summarize Statements of Work (SOWs) clearly outlining high-level deliverables, and coordinate distribution to relevant partners and vendors after alignment with BD.Act as the primary technical liaison between AIGC, vendors, partners, and internal teams, coordinating all technical inputs, managing clarifications, and ensuring proposal details are accurately aligned.Collect all necessary technical inputs, documentation, pricing details, and certifications from partners and vendors.Define and maintain a clear Responsibility Matrix involving AIGC, partners, vendors, and internal teams, proactively managing follow-ups and escalations to ensure deliverables are met.Evaluate partner and vendor solutions rigorously for technical fit, compliance, and delivery capability.Ensure technical commitments made in proposals are realistic, achievable, and clearly handed over to implementation teams.Lead client-facing solution demonstrations, workshops, and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) activities.Present the technical and business value of proposed solutions in client meetings and early engagement sessions.Prepare and maintain essential technical documentation, including solution briefs, architecture diagrams, and detailed Bill of Quantities (BoQs).Stay current on emerging technologies, market trends, frameworks, and vendor updates.Proactively advise the BD team on new technologies and innovative solutions to strengthen proposals and identify new opportunities.Provide post-submission technical support during client evaluations and negotiations. Requirements:Flexible with working hours, as the role may require occasional work beyond standard business hours to meet critical submission deadlines.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical fields.7–10+ years of proven experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles.Strong technical proficiency across AIGC’s core solution areas including cloud platforms, AI/ML frameworks, data management, integration tools, automation technologies, IoT, and software development methodologies.Demonstrated ability to review, validate, and clearly document partner/vendor technical architectures and technical proposals.Strong ability to coordinate technical inputs and effectively collaborate with vendors and internal technical teams.Exceptional presentation skills to clearly articulate technical concepts and solutions to diverse audiences.Effective organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple parallel deliverables and deadlines.Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.Additional Recommended Items:Experience working with Public Sector entities and familiarity with government tendering processes.Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and compliance requirements.
