Senior/Principal Program Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)=＞Responsibilities:You will lead cross-department projects and initiatives by defining technical scope and milestones, managing risks and dependencies, planning, driving technical designs, and setting the course through your leadership skills.You ensure that your projects and programs are set for success, focusing on delivering value and not hours of work.Using and adopting the latest industry best practices, you continuously improve the quality of your work and help elevate the work of your peers in the Partner Tech PMO.Support the PMO in organizational responsibilities, such as facilitating business reviews, project initiations, and communicating with organizational stakeholders. WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF=＞Qualifications:You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.You have proven experience as a Program Manager, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.You have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.You have excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.You have demonstrated the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.PMP or PgMP certification is highly desirable.
