In this role, you will:Lead Process Improvement: Own and execute key engineering initiatives that deliver measurable operational success.Champion Manufacturing Excellence: Boost quality, efficiency, and output through robust engineering solutions.Bring Strategic Vision: Develop and implement technical strategies that align with broader business goals.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with operations, maintenance, quality, and other teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.Inspire & Lead: Mentor, guide, and develop a team of two engineers while managing their priorities and project portfoliosWhat You BringYou’re someone who combines deep technical expertise with the leadership to move people and processes forward.Engineering Qualification: Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.Proven Experience: 7+ years in a similar GMP or highly regulated manufacturing environment.Project Leadership: Strong background in project management, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.Effective Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Lean & GMP Knowledge: Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing or GMP environments is a strong advantage, alongside proficiency in Lean tools.People Leadership: Ideally, experience managing or coaching engineers and coordinating work across multiple simultaneous projects.What’s in It for You?We believe great talent deserves a great environment.
