Recognised by leading industry bodies and investors for its innovation and impact, the company is now scaling operations and commercialising its breakthrough recycling platform.We are representing our client in the search for a Process Engineer (Electrolyser Systems) to join their engineering and scale-up team in Singapore. This role will play a critical part in developing, commissioning, and optimising electrolyser systems that form the core of their proprietary recycling technology. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the scaling, commissioning, and integration of new process equipment to ensure smooth transitions from pilot to full-scale production.Apply experience from adjacent industries such as chlor-alkali or electrochemical processing to optimize electrolyser design and operation.Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements in throughput, energy efficiency, and material recovery.Design and refine process layouts and workflows to maximise productivity and minimise waste.Conduct hazard and feasibility studies, providing on-site troubleshooting and technical support.Implement monitoring systems to enhance plant performance and ensure consistent process control.Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to evaluate and integrate engineering solutions that improve system reliability.Support documentation, standardisation, and best practice sharing across engineering and production teams.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.Key Skills & ExperienceMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Process, or Industrial Engineering5–10 years of industrial experience in process engineering, operations, or production optimisation within chemical manufacturing, recycling, or advanced industrial systems.Proven hands-on experience with commercial-scale electrolysers, including design, assembly, testing, and operation.Background in chlor-alkali, electrochemical, or hydrogen production systems is highly advantageous.Strong track record in commissioning, scale-up, and process optimisation in industrial settings.Skilled in process simulation, data analysis, and engineering documentation.Strong problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.Experience with flow batteries, redox systems, or fuel cell technologies is a plus.Familiarity with project execution methodologies such as staged-gate project delivery.ApplicationIf you are interested in this position, please apply directly on the platform with your latest CV.
