We’re partnering with a market-leading healthcare manufacturer & distributor to appoint a Senior Procurement & Logistics Manager. This is a senior, hands on leadership role responsible for guiding the procurement function, developing people and driving excellence across supplier strategy, cost control and operational performance.A key position at the heart of the business: you’ll lead, mentor and inspire your team while being the visible champion of procurement both internally and externally. You’ll balance strategic direction with day-to-day execution - ensuring best value, resilient supply and long-term supplier partnerships that fuel company growth.The RoleYou’ll take full ownership of the procurement and logistics strategy, leading a highly capable team to deliver best-in-class results. You’ll set clear objectives, coach and develop your people and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
