Senior Procurement Manager (Logistics)-Indonesia

Job Description Manage Logistics procurement categories such as hub/warehouse lease, logistics services, engineering & constructions Liaise with related stakeholders to address business requirements and support with aligned timeline Report and update logistics procurement tasks to Country Head, Senior Management Team, and other related stakeholders whereas required Negotiate contracts commercial terms and improve price competitiveness with suppliers and review opportunities to promote business savings Work closely within procurement team and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements Exercise professional, ethical, and consistent approach in managing supplier relationships Output clear and comprehensive procurement reports Monitor and advise on any issues which present risk or opportunity to the Management Perform periodical supplier evaluation and contribute to performance reviews as part of vendor management mechanism Adhere to HSE policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being Adhere to company guidelines, compliance, purchasing policies and procedures Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communicationsJob Requirements Based in Cimanggis (Depok) with visit to Head Office in South Jakarta once in a week Experienced in handling logistics purchase categories such as warehouse rental, construction/renovation work, tools and spare parts, conveyors, etc. A minimum of 6 year-experience on the above fields and/or industry is preferable Demonstrate strong leadership skill in managing team Strategical thinking in establishing and maintaining productive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills Analytical, numerical astute, demonstrate problem-solving abilities Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and achieve set targets Able to work well under pressure, handle fast-pace, emergency and dynamic situations Keen attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with logistics and e-commerce industry would be beneficial English fluency is mandatory, Mandarin fluency is added value
