Senior Procurement Officer

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to support a 3-month construction project in Saudi Arabia. The role requires strong sourcing, vendor management, and negotiation skills within the construction or contracting field.Key Responsibilities:Handle procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, and subcontracting services.Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.Prepare purchase orders, RFQs, and procurement documentation.Coordinate with project, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.Maintain accurate records of purchases and supplier performance.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in the construction or contracting industry.Strong understanding of local suppliers and procurement regulations in Saudi Arabia.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Available to join immediately for a short-term (3-month) project.
