Job Description

Job Responsibilities - Review supplier registration documents and provide training on SRM system usage for Indonesian suppliers. - Coordinate procurement of materials for local production and R&D; confirm technical specifications and quality standards. - Follow up on purchase orders; verify delivery schedules, invoices, and documentation with suppliers. - Coordinate delivery plans with suppliers and monitor shipment progress; collaborate with internal teams including PMC, warehouse, customs, and logistics to ensure timely material flow. - Maintain complete procurement documentation (e.g., POs, invoices, packing lists); ensure compliance with bonded warehouse and customs clearance regulations; support issue resolution related to imports/exports.QualificationsEducation & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Chemical Engineering, Materials, International Trade, or Logistics. - 1–3 years of experience in raw material procurement, order tracking, quality, or PMC-related roles. - Industry experience in flavors, chemicals, or pulp & paper is a plus.- Familiarity with import/export processes and cross-border procurement is preferred.Skills & Competencies: - Strong adaptability, quick learning, and solid logical thinking. - Effective communicator with a collaborative, cross-functional mindset.- Basic English proficiency for business communication (speaking, reading, writing, and listening). - Willingness to travel or accept overseas assignments occasionally.
