They will bring a passion for creativity, quality and detail to the role, and ensure all projects are managed in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner by actively overseeing the brief, creative, and production process to ensure the outcome exceeds expectations and maximises revenue.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOperational DeliveryEnsure compliance and championship of internal GPJ processes with both internal and external stakeholders Ensure projects are consistently on brief, on time and on budgetResponsibility for the creation and ongoing management of project timelines and plans to ensure programmes are on trackDevelopment and management of budgetsManagement of key suppliers, ensuring delivery of their project area is delivered within budget and to a high quality in line with client expectationsCreativeSupport and manage the creative development, production and launch of experiences, across multiple touch points, to ensure the creative and innovative ideas fulfil the client briefDemonstrate a strong understanding of the creative process, recognising the importance of the strategic objectives and ensuring they drive the overall outputDrive cross-agency collaboration to ensure an aligned approach for meeting client objectivesTalent ManagementDemonstrate leadership attributes by supporting positive change, managing your workload, and striving for best practice Ability to clearly communicate performance expectations to direct reports and line managersAbility to nurture, grow and develop a teamClient Relationships Daily point of contact for clients on projectsProvides counsel to clients on deliverables, managing client expectations to ensure we successfully meet the clients’ objectives and deliver great resultsMaintain a depth of knowledge on cultural and business affairs which supports the role of client adviser New Business DevelopmentSupport the pitch lead by managing all Production elements of the pitchAttend and present pitch presentationsFinanceAccountable for profitability of all project deliverablesResponsible for obtaining, reviewing and responding to vendor quotes, ensuring we are working with best in class partners and vendors, with regular negotiations to drive value, profitability and efficiencyResponsible for accurate management of budgets (often across multiple currencies)ABOUT YOUMinimum 7 years agency experience in the brand experience or live event spaceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsCreative thinker and problem solverAbility to multitask, troubleshoot and have strong stakeholder management skillsExtensive experience in client relations and managementExcellent attention to detailExceptional financial management skills to ensure deliverables and required financial outcomes are metA thorough knowledge of event production processesExcellent cultural knowledgeExcellent supplier relations and knowledge
