The ideal candidate is a sharp, resourceful problem solver who can translate creative ambition into well-planned, cost-efficient executions. This role demands practical production experience, deep knowledge of the UAE market (minimum 3–4 years), and the ability to manage projects end-to-end from bidding to on-ground delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead bidding for film and AI-content projects, developing accurate estimates, schedules, and production solutions.Assess briefs, identify potential, and provide practical approaches balancing creativity, cost, and timeline.Collaborate with creative, Account Management, and production leads to shape project execution strategies.Source, evaluate, and manage vendors, crew, and locations within the UAE, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.Oversee shoot logistics, permits, and production documentation, ensuring smooth on-ground operations.Work with our Post Producer to plan workflows effectively.Track budgets and timelines closely, maintaining transparency and accountability through each project phase.Support the team with production intelligence, vendor benchmarking, and process improvements.Anticipate issues before they arise and take ownership of resolving them efficiently.Requirements3–5 years of experience as a Producer or Production Manager in the UAE with proven exposure to commercial, digital, and branded content.Strong understanding of local production processes, permits, costs, and vendor ecosystem.Ability to translate creative ideas into clear, executable production plans.Hands-on experience managing shoots and AI-led production pipelinesExcellent problem-solving, budgeting, and negotiation skills.Collaborative mindset with a team-first approach; thrives under pressure and fast turnarounds.Knowledge of post-production and AI workflows is a plus.Who You Are:Calm, dependable, and detail-oriented.Naturally solution-driven & can think on your feet and anticipate production needs.Enjoys working with diverse teams across creative, strategy, and tech.Committed to quality and efficiency, with strong follow-through from bid to delivery.Reporting to: Executive ProducerApplicants please email hello@liwa.tvwww.liwa.tv
