In this role, you’ll will create and maintain roadmaps for the different teams that are assigned to you, make sure that these are aligned with the games and companies long-term strategy and being responsible to deliver against set goals, across your assigned teams.You have excellent organizational skills and thrive in the dynamic environment where priorities can shift rapidly. Your weapons of choice are JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Miro.Desirable Skills And KnowledgeAt least 10 years of relevant work experience in game production, preferably as a Tech ProducerProducer or Associate Producer role on 2 or more published PC games with post-launch content or Early Access xpExperience with closely working and managing sprints for multidisciplinary teams to deliver core tech and features for the gameKnowledge of Early Access games, understanding when good is good enough to ship features or toolsExperience coordinating complex feature work and dependencies with Leads, Producers and DirectorsAbility to make pragmatic decisions in fast-paced live environmentExperience with lean development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and KanbanExcellent organizational and project coordination skillsVery good active listening skillsVery good communicator with ability to interface between multiple teamsProactive mentality with ability to anticipate and solve problemsAbility to work autonomously and adapt quickly to changing prioritiesRelevant bachelor's or equivalent experienceRole ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Leads and help them and their teams, by removing roadblockers and keep them tightly aligned on set goalsDrive planning and execution for your assigned features and teams, ensuring sustainable results, and help them to set meaningful and achievable goals.Constant collaboration with Producers and Team leadsPromote ownership and accountability within teamsPrepare status reports for your teams and project leads, by providing regular written reports, updated roadmaps and Director Review’sSupport and mentor Producers and team members, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of production standards and frameworks within reason.Diversity and CultureWe strongly believe in a discrimination-free workplace.
