In the hearts of Wrocław and Kraków, we have gathered over 700 tech wizards - and let them do their magic.About The RoleAs a Senior Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our fulfilment products by driving data-informed decision-making. Beyond deep analytical expertise, we are looking for someone who can communicate insights with impact, influence senior stakeholders, and drive meaningful business outcomes.You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Partner Success to translate complex data into clear strategies, set meaningful KPIs, and influence our product roadmap. Your ability to tell a compelling story with data and navigate ambiguity will be key to your success.Key Areas of ImpactStrategic Influence & CommunicationDevelop and deliver clear, compelling narratives that drive product decisions and shape strategy.Influence senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations, ensuring insights lead to tangible business impact.Build credibility and trust across teams by clearly articulating the why behind key findings.Product Leadership & ImpactAbility to quickly develop domain expertise in new fields, using this knowledge to interpret data effectively and make appropriate recommendations on product strategyUse data to identify opportunities, uncover risks, and drive prioritisation within product teams.Work closely with Product Managers to define success metrics and ensure our investments deliver value to both Ocado and our partners.Advocate for a data-first mindset across teams, embedding analytical thinking into product development.Advanced Analytics & ExperimentationDesign and analyse A/B tests, leveraging a robust quantitative toolkit to optimise product performance.Develop predictive models, customer insights, and performance-tracking frameworks to inform decisions.Translate raw data into meaningful insights that uncover hidden patterns and business opportunities.ResponsibilitiesApply your expertise in quantitative analysis and data presentation to see beyond the numbers, uncover hidden patterns, and translate these insights into clear product recommendations with tangible business impact.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform, support, and execute product decisions and launches.Set KPIs and goals, design and evaluate experiments, and monitor key product metrics to understand shifts and root causes.Knowledge, Skills And ExperienceSignificant experience working with data (SQL, Python) and solving complex analytical problems.Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to simplify complex ideas and communicate (verbal, written) in a way that effectively influences action.Proven track record in driving impact through data — leading projects from insight to execution.Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, demonstrating autonomy and adaptabilityA background in management consulting or a similar strategic, high-impact role is preferred.BENEFITS: WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?Work and life should fit together, so we offer a range of benefits focusing on well-being, development, and team spirit.
